Pricing and Payment

We provide highest quality services at reasonable prices. Our goal is to make it possible for many tourists visit Tanzania and enjoy its natural wealth while ensuring our company’s wide acceptability and growth.

Amka Afrika Safaris  does not have published prices as there are always variations depending on the kind of services needed by clients. Prices depend on:

1. Whether is a Budget/Basic Camping, or
2. Luxury Camping, or
3. Lodge safari (different lodges/hotels charge different prices), or
4. Zanzibar Excursions, or
5. Trekking,
6. Number of people in a group and number of days
7. The season, and that most tourists require additional services such as transfer, and accommodation before and after the programme.

Also many tourists prefer combined program like safari, trekking and Zanzibar beach excursions

Payment Options
Amka Afrika Safaris  does not cancel an already booked and confirmed safari unless for reasons above control. Once you have paid 30% of the total price as a confirmation of your program, you are sure to taking-off. After accepting the quotation and booking conditions, Amka Afrika Safaris will send an invoice with bank details which you should use to transfer the money.

Please do not accept any invoice that does not originate from our official email.  After payments, we will send you a receipt when we have confirmed the transaction. We could either send you a receipt of your deposit or send you a receipt when you have done full payment. It depends on your wish.
